Can your furniture be battery operated?
Yes! All of our LED tables are sent out with the ability to be used on a power supply, a battery or both. Battery operated is an additional cost so please specify at the time of order.
Battery life ranges from 5-15 hours depending on the table size, battery size and LED operating color. We recommend purchasing a spare battery to interchange while the other is charging.
What type of lighting do you use in your LED Furniture?
We strictly use LEDs. All of our tables use our remote control LED system. For more information on our LED lighting please see our Lighting page.
Are there discounts for ordering multiple items?
Absolutely. Quantity order discounts will range between 5% - 15%. It is best to give us a call for quotes on quantity ordering to ensure the best price.
What is the lead time on for your LED Furniture?
Lead times vary day by day. Sometimes we can have your order out in 3 days and sometimes it may take us 2 weeks. It is best to call to check on current lead times.
How much is shipping?
Shipping will vary depending on the product and quantity. One Cubix LED end table can be shipped via FedEx inexpensively, whereas 5 LED Coffee Tables must be sent freight. Please give us a call to get an accurate quote on your potential order.
What is your return policy?
Because everything we make is a custom product we do not take returns. If an item is damaged during shipping we will either repair the item or replace it.
We have never had a client request a return because they were unhappy with our products.
