We have a 1000 square foot showroom at our shop in Denver, CO. We invite you to come by any time to see our creations first hand!
Can your furniture be battery operated?
Yes! All of our LED tables are sent out with the ability to be used with a power supply, a battery or both. Battery operated is an additional cost so please specify at the time of order.
Battery life ranges from 5-15 hours depending on the table size, battery size and LED operating color. We recommend purchasing a spare battery to interchange while the other is charging
Are batteries included with your products?
Because some clients require batteries and some don't and due to the high cost of batteries and charges we offer the battery powered option at an additional cost.
Are the batteries mounted inside your furniture?
Unlike a few of our competitors who import most of their lounge furniture from overseas we do not mount the battery inside of our furniture for a few reasons:
-If the battery is permanently mounted inside a piece the only way to charge it is to bring the charger to the furniture whereas our batteries are easily removable giving you the ability to put all of your chargers and batteries in one location
-Having removable batteries also gives you the ability to purchase backups just in case you accidentally leave your LEDs turned on. This also ensures your furniture has no down time between events.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Since nearly all of products are one of kind we do quite a bit of international shipping.
Please keep in mind that because of the dimensions of our products it can be very expensive to ship internationally. Feel free to contact us for more details and to get a shipping estimate.
Do you build custom furniture and take custom orders?
Yes! We have our main product line but we live for building custom products catered to meet our customer's needs. If you have an idea in mind or a custom piece you want to see brought to life don't hesitate to contact us!
What type of lighting do you use in your LED Furniture?
We strictly use LEDs. All of our tables use our remote control LED system. For more information on our LED lighting please see our Lighting page.
Are there discounts for ordering multiple items?
Absolutely. Quantity order discounts will range between 5% - 15%. It is best to give us a call for quotes on quantity ordering to ensure the best price.
What is the lead time on for your LED Furniture?
Lead times vary day by day. Sometimes we can have your order out in 3 days and sometimes it may take us 2-3 weeks. It is best to call to check on current lead times.
How much is shipping?
Shipping will vary depending on the product and quantity. One Cubix LED end table can be shipped via FedEx inexpensively, whereas 5 LED Coffee Tables must be sent freight. Please give us a call to get an accurate quote on your potential order.
What is your return policy?
Because everything we make is a custom product we do not take returns. If an item is damaged during shipping we will either repair the item or replace it.
We have never had a client request a return because they were unhappy with our products.
